Is billing monthly or annual?
Billing is annual, in Canadian dollars, and prices are shown as a monthly equivalent. There is no annual discount and no "two months free" framing: the displayed price is the real price, the same for everyone.
What moves me up a tier?
Your active consent records and your seats, never your traffic. Verification calls are unlimited on every plan: check as often as you need.
Is the cookie banner part of the plans?
It is a capability of the same platform, available to every Agreely account, but billed separately: a Law 25 plan does not include banner sites. Each account gets one free site in Agreely's branding; each site in your own brand is $15 per month, flat price, and covers 100,000 loads per month. You add the banner whenever you want, independently of your plan.
What counts as a "load"?
A load is counted each time a page loads and the Agreely script runs to apply the visitor's choice, whether or not the banner is displayed. It is therefore close to your page view count.
Can I take the banner without a Law 25 plan?
Yes. The banner is a standalone offering: it does not depend on any plan. It is free on one site, in Agreely's branding with the "Powered by Agreely" mention, up to 5,000 loads per month. Each site in your own brand is $15 per month, with your logo and no mention, and covers 100,000 loads per month. The price is flat: no multi-site discount.
What happens if I go over my tier?
Nothing brutal. Caps are soft: the service keeps working. If you consistently exceed them, we write to you to agree on the right tier, never to cut you off.
