The dashboard

The dashboard answers a single question: who holds what about me. It is a single, tenant-less read of your consent index, grouped by company in a master-detail view.

The list of companies

Each company appears as a card. The card shows:

  • the company logo, or its initials as a fallback when no logo is available;
  • the number of active cells out of the total;
  • badges when the company holds a cell carrying a renseignement sensible or a cell tied to an automated decision (décision automatisée).

Each company is addressed by an opaque salted handle that is unique to you, never by the company's raw identifier. A handle belonging to someone else returns a 404. This is what preserves unlinkability: even your own reference to a company cannot be used to tie you to another personne concernée.

A company's detail

Opening a card shows the company detail, cell by cell. For each (category, purpose) cell, presented in the language you are viewing the portal in, you see:

  • the cell's active status and its history;
  • the controls to withdraw your consent or request erasure;
  • the article 8 disclosure text, pinned to the version you consented under;
  • the responsable de la protection des renseignements personnels, your rights, the retention period, and the information on any automated decision;
  • an access log scoped to that company.

The "superseded" badge

When the document version a cell is pinned to is older than the latest published version, the cell carries a superseded badge. It signals that a fresh consent (re-consent) is available under the current version. Your original consent stays valid and pinned to its version until you renew it.

Download the document you agreed to

From a cell's detail, you can download the PDF of the consent document you agreed to, that is the article 8 disclosure pinned to its exact version. This PDF carries only your own consent context. It never contains the company's customer identifier or your DID.

The PDF is not the receipt

This PDF document is the disclosure text you agreed to. The consent receipt is a separate artifact: a Verifiable Credential in JSON-LD, not this disclosure PDF.
